One Yard Zero Waste Tote
Create a tote bag with under a yard of fabric and leave no waste behind! In this class you will be introduced to zero waste sewing - plotting the pattern pieces directly onto the fabric, cutting and sewing so you use every inch of fabric.
You will create a pleated tote bag using a piece of fabric that is: 27” (69 cm) LONG x 52” (132 cm) - 60” (152 cm) WIDE. Canvas, Duck, Twill, Denim are great fabric choices for this bag.
Group size: Maximum of 8 students
Age range: Adult
Skill level: Suitable for confident beginners.
